Take a weekend out to rejuvenate your workout regime and nutrition with a motive8 Residential Boot Camp.

Forget about your typical sargeant majors barking orders at you, our friendly team of trainers are there to show you that fitness can be fun! They will take you through a weekend of invigorating workouts, sandwiched between healthy meals and snacks and educational seminars. You’ll walk away from boot camp full of knowledge and enthusiasm about how to continue your healthy lifestyle after boot camp is over.

Our residential boot camps are based setting in a gorgeous countryside setting at Lineham Farm, only 5 miles away from Leeds City Centre.
